Title: hello from west ireland

hi everyone.
Im based in the west of ireland with about 20 or so hives under my belt just found this forum so ill give it a bash for a while.
i use national type beehives and prefer the poly versions. i run dark european honeybees most are pure with the odd mongrel turning up every now and then.
not much else to tell.
hopefully many many more posts to follow

Welcome NewPortBuzz, how to you find those poly hives.  I get mixed feedback about them.

We recently interviewed Michael Young from Northern Ireland on the podcast, and I was surprised to hear that not many people use Langstroth hives in Ireland.
