[email protected]7 Strains of quality, hardy, northern raised bees and queens:
All-Americans, Buckeye Reb, Buckeye Belle, Carniolans, Cordovans,
Three-Banded Italians, Double Hybrids, Buckeye Supreme
I wonder if they have moonbeams too?
My "Buckeye Belle" is the queen from a bee tree in Canton Ohio. Her entourage drew out 9 frames of deep foundation into perfect comb in 10 days. I checkerboarded them and one week later had another 8 frames drawn out. I gave them another deep of foundation last week, and will see what they've done with it Saturday.
Best mutts ever!!!! I'm in love!!! She's my Buckeye Belle!!!!!

Robert Parsons at Parsons Gold is a really nice guy. Yet I'll take my muttley queens over his "belles" any day. And, I'll take any locally raised northern queen over a package queen....

That 3rd deep has only 2 half-drawn frames left. Yellow sweet clover is on, and white sweet clover is starting. Gave 'em another super.
I think it's time to make some daughters from this lady.
