I am having difficulty sourcing rosin for dipping native bee boxes........any idea/contacts?

Are you sure you definitely want rosin? AFAIK it's far more common to use paraffin/microcrystalline mix.

Yes, rosin. I wish to replicate natural odours for induction splits of native bees.

I was just reading that someone using the eduction method of splitting found that putting a small piece of brood comb in the box helped them take to it.

FWIW I've read that they can also be highly attracted to apis bees wax as well.

yes, the rosin acts as a natural hardener to reduce stickiness of bees wax.

If you only want a small amount try a music shop that caters to orchestral strings (violins etc) as they use rosin on their bows. It will come in a smallish block or cake.
