Hi everyone i am James I am new to beekeeping and am planning to start my first hive this spring.

Welcome. Do a lot of reading and youtube'n. You're on a good website, so ask as many questions as you can. I recommend that you update your profile and put your location in. A lot of beekeeping questions are location specific. Also you never know who lives close to you and might could help you through some problems.
