Title: Hey everyone from Colorado
Post by: PapaBear1981 on January 16, 2015, 10:28:39 PM
Hi everyone my name is Tom and I'm on here from Colorado. My view toward bees take a natural route although I've found that you have to baby them into it. I had a bad experience with a local beekeeper and was very closed off about my hobby for a long time but then I realized that one bad apple dosent ruin the bunch so I'm on here hoping to get better at it.

Hey PapaBear1981, You're nearly my neighbor. I am in Pueblo.
I kept bees in the late 70's in Arkansas and started again last year with a late season swarm. Oct 7.
I have had to feed as they came with no stores.
In Arkansas I did swarm removals and trap-outs for 3 years and am looking forward to doing the same here.
I also am going the natural route. Maybe we can talk sometime.

That would be awesome....I'm always open to conversation period but the fact that you are in the neighborhood and its about the girls makes it that much more awesome.
