A quick hello to say I'm here. DH took a bee keeping class a few weeks ago and we are now hooked. We pick up our hive this weekend, bees come in in early April. We've been talking about it for years, and now we are doing it. We live in town. So far, our one neighbor is very excited we are getting into this. Haven't seen our other neighbor....which is normal. Hope to cross paths with her before the bees arrive.
Going to hook up with the local bee keeping club in a few weeks. They have a mentoring program that we plan to tap into. Then we will have a better idea of what we don't know, lol.
