Title: Brushymountain........
Post by: Candiebears on May 23, 2015, 09:03:51 PM

I'm furious. The brand new box I added last weekend is coming completely apart. I stained it because the weather's been wet and dry.. and did as instructed.

The first box I received.. the front was coming off. So the replacement instead waited until I loaded it on to the hive to fall apart.

I'm not a happy little bee right now. Thankfully I had purchased non-assembled boxes that I kept stored in the basement. So I'm putting one together and am waiting until Monday when it's 90 degrees to change the box out!

Has anyone else had issues like this?

Call Brushy and insist on talking to Shane or Steve. Shane is the manager and Steve is the owner. Either of them will make it right with you.

Most of these big name folks will make it right with you. I normally use Mann Lake, I've only had one issue with them - staples. The box came open and the staples were broke up all over the big box. They put the others in the mail right away. It's the small to mid size folks you have to watch. Not necessarily because they are dishonest but they just don't have the resources.
