Photo posted! My husband caught this swarm at a friends house, I was wondering if anyone knew what type bee this is?

Black queens are usually of Carniolan or Russian stock. Carniolans can have a few brown or tan spots on the first three tergites of the abdomen. Russians can be all black, a mix of black and brown stripes (usually called tiger striped) or they can be dark gold like the Italians.

It is a "very nice type" of bee...
I have no clue as to what type of bee it is. But I have to say that it is a pretty picture. Nice looking queen surrounded by her court with the eggs in the cells. That's what everyone wants to see.
Thanks!!
you need to get rid of her.., let me give you my address
just kidding, beautiful picture. Now I know what to look for concerning the Russians/carniolans breeds.
