Title: 2 queens found, splits

Queens that were separated,one deep with two meds.is fine,the other has no activity outside the box,queen is still there,and they're getting feed, are they just working with sugar water and building,shouldn't there be so kind of movement out the box ? ?

I don't understand, did you split a hive and add a mated queen to the split? Or, did you have a 2 queen hive and make an equal split? Either way, all the foragers probably went back to the original hive and the slow hive is full of nurses. As long as you gave them some capped brood, once that emerges, you will see activity pick up as graduation begins for current nurses to foragers. Good Luck. G

Did you just split the nuc you got last month? There may not bee enough bees to cover the brood in two hives unless it was really strong already,

No, its not my bees,I'm waiting on weather (rain two days) to install 2nd deep. these are a friends. we split this past Saturday post ( found 2 queens )
