I searched the web. I guess I'm searching wrong. I'm still a newbee... so how do I know the difference in the comb of honey vs. nectar? If anyone had pictures to help that would be super awesome too!
Honey is capped, nectar and nectar in the process is not capped and slumps in the cell.

Nectar also shakes out like water if you shake the frame...

Thank you. :) I had to scrape some comb off of one of my frames and apparently it WAS honey and not nectar... It was syrup-ee, but boy did it taste good!

Yes! Hold the frame flat and give it a shake. If it drips out its not honey yet. If it doesnt, it can be extracted.
