Can I continuity feed honey bee healthy with sugar water this late. ?l

If you like robbing frenzies and honey bound bees and contaminated honey, sure.

Mr. Bush,
That's what I need to know,,when to stop using hbh,and for how long,I've. not found any info about timeline,any info would be appreciated, cause at 6:10 in the morning their fine,in the after noon their going crazy,about 400 bees flying around(not bearding) I thought they were cooling

I wouldn't use it because of it's affect on the microbes, it's affect on robbing and it's interference with the pheromones in the colony.  If there is a flow I wouldn't be feeding.  If there is a dearth and they have stores, I might wait it out and feed a bit later in the season.  Feeding constantly has the effect of filling the brood nest so the queen has no where to lay.  If they don't swarm it sets them back because there is no where to raise brood.  If they do swarm, you lose half the bees... Feeding is problematic so I would only do it with a clear purpose and when I'm sure it's either necessary or decidedly useful.
