Happy new year from a Greek-Texan beek.
Enjoying life with 3 apiaries (1 in Greece and 2 in Texas).
I know it sounds a bit weird keeping bees in two continents but since I travel back and forth between US and Europe isn't that difficult!
Cheers to all of you!
Welcome. What do you find is the biggest differences between keeping bees in Texas vs Greece?

@superbee + Galactic Bee :
1. Pests (SHB here Vs more Varroa mites in Greece)
2. Humidity
3. Flora/vegetation
4. Final product (taste and viscosity in honey)
5. Migratory beekeeping is a necessity in Greece if you want to produce honey
