Title: This should be in every bee keepers kit
Post by: SlickMick on January 17, 2016, 01:58:15 AM
I found this gem the other day.

No doubt there are many beeks out there who like myself have only a basic understanding of the wide variety flora in the Australian landscape that supports our bee colonies by supplying nectar and or pollen.

The text provides a wealth of information on this and in addition talks about the different environments bee friendly flora can be friends.l

I hope you find it valuable.

It is free as a pdf file

Hello SlickMick,

thanks so much for this document (great find!). Defiantly add this to my reading pile... i'm new to beekeeping (expecting my first native hive on the 1st of Feb) and i'm looking to get some euros soon :)

from my quick flick through the pages on the computer this looks like a great ref. document.

Cheers

I agree.  It has been available for some time.  The RIRDC site has heaps of great information for Aussies.
