where can I find drawings with hive dimensions.
I would like to print and keep plans for 10 frame and 8 frame hives, as well as top bar hives.
You can find lots of information on this site at " EQUIPMENT USAGE, EXPERIMENTATION, HIVE PLANS, CONSTRUCTION TIPS AND TOOLS"
Or you can look at http://www.michiganbees.org/beekeeping/in-the-beekeepers-workshop/
Dennis (bwrangler) is always changing his websites around, so get the plans while you can LOL!
Here's his latest site and has some good TBH plans
http://bnatural.x10host.com/beekeeping/beekeeping-sitemap/
Google the "for dummies" website then search there. I always add beekeeping to my search and find the plans.
MT,
Bee careful with Beekeeping for dummies, some of their measurements are wrong. I used them when I started and luckily my father-in-law pointed the errors out. That was in 2010, sorry I do not remember which ones they were. I am pretty sure the super dimensions were correct.

Oh seriously? Ok. Thanks for the heads up Jim.

LK, good video.
Cao/Sundog, When I try to go to the link it says page not found.
I usually make mine with a skill saw using just a single blade. This spring I've made 20+ mediums & 20+ deeps, a couple of queen castles, and maybe something else. When you add it all up and multiply it by 4 it comes out to around 200 handles. You'd think I would be good at it by now  Yeah, I'm looking for a better way :)

Looks like they've had a 'tidy-up' ...
This might be the same:

or - the file you want can be sourced from:

The Internet Archive is your friend (and mine)

Beesource got hacked, I just read they're still restoring things that got severed while cleaning up. That page was probably one of them.
PM me if you need plans.
