I was looking down a street one evening. I guess the sun and timing was just right when it looked like the pine trees released all their pollen together. It was like a big yellow dust cloud covering a good size area.

Pine pollen is actually very good, especially for males as it increases testosterone production. It's even better if you collect it and then put it in a small dropper bottle with alcohol, let it sit for a period of time, and then take it in drops, under the tongue, probably best on an empty stomach. http://yogiadvisor.com/pine-pollen-9-reasons-to-take-natures-testosterone-booster/

Just take a bag and put it over the end of a male pine tree where the pollen comes from and shake the pollen into a bag. The stuff is a bit expensive to buy.

Pine needles are a good source of vitamin C. When the French were loosing soldiers due to scurvy they couldn't help but noticed that the Indians weren't suffering from it. They were informed to make pine needle tea. This cleared the scurvy right up.

Not sure I would trust the Chinese stuff with their record on honeybee deaths but :

Check out the documentaries on how they wiped out their bees and have hoards of PPL just going from flower to flower pollenating.
