Title: completely new in maine
Post by: droopy on April 06, 2016, 08:53:23 PM
hello all. I have wanted to get a beehive for years but always had other things that seemed to funnel money away before time to order some. This year my friend who has ten hives offered me an overwintered nuc so I just ordered my complete setup. i'm so happy to finally be getting into bees. please pardon any dumb questions in the future

droopy, ask all you want, that's what it's all about. Take advantage of this forum and read it from today backwards until you've done about a year. That's give you a bigger picture.

Welcome to the forum!  Lots of great people here and many of us who have had been for a few years are still asking 'beginner' questions.   Since bees insist on doing things their way instead of our way, there's always a lot of think about and talk about.
