Well update , when in today no swarm but no queencell seen, hatched / torn down queen cell lots of pollen and open cells but no eggs seen. Still have a couple brood frames not hatched yet but no eggs . Here a question I was feeding here in central Florida 1:1 and they have stopped taking. I pulled it off and just put on a super, just frames no cell. Being its a non laying queen yet should I held off on the super? When should I go in and check again wait the 20 days now for queen to mate?

Adding the super is more about the bees than the queen. If the hive is full of bees then leave it on since you probably have a flow on right now. If you have a half filled hive and not a lot of brood about to hatch in the next week or so then remove it because it will bee at least 5 weeks before you have this queens bees going out in the field and they would bee younger than normal for field bees.
