Interesting article but what's with all the authors guilt?  "Climate change, certain industrial practices and pesticides are all contributors to the dramatic decline of the bee population,", "Since the decline of bee populations is largely due to human activity.", "They haven?t developed a solution to colony collapse disorder,"

What about the fact the humans are responsible for the dramatic increase in honeybee numbers?  Honeybees as a species have richly benefited from the relationship with humans from a simple multi-continental colonization view.  I guess some authors prefer to sell the negative.
