Title: Honey good for your heart?
Post by: GSF on August 03, 2016, 04:16:21 PM
I had a new neighbor stop by the other day and bought some honey. Well about 3 weeks later his brother comes by looking for some when I was out. He told me that the doctor had told his brother to start taking honey for his heart. I don't know what was wrong with his heart but his brother said the honey was working.

Has anyone ever heard of this before?

I have eaten a tablespoon of honey every day since I read Brother Adam recommendation. He lived into his 90s. I don't expect that but I figure it can't hurt. Also it definitely helps with pollen allergies.
