Title: Move frames in deep and super for winter
Post by: Dr. B in Wisconsin on September 02, 2016, 07:53:06 AM
Hello
For winter I usually have 2 deeps and one super here in Wisconsin
I have a few frames that I have stored in the refrigerator that are full of honey, deep size and super size.
I am not sure how much honey is in the deeps right now, but I was thinking that I might try to remove the mostly empty deep frames and MOVE the full ones
and the ones from the frig to the MIDDLE of the upper deep and the super.
Any thoughts

It would definitely help. Bee sure the fullest honey frames are nearest to the brood.
