Hello!

I am a new bee keeper in Cincinnati. I have always loved bees, bee behavior, etc. and I am finally getting my new hives in two weeks!

I am using two top bar hives. I am very excited to learn so much from this group! Katie

Welcome to Beemaster Katie.
You need to bee careful on how you handle your comb with top bar hives. You need to keep the comb vertical at all times. You roll it end over end.

My first hive  was a topbar, and my first bees were from Ohio!
