Title: Honey Extractor
Post by: bwallace23350 on April 12, 2018, 10:38:47 AM
I only extracted good frames of honey and it takes forever. What extractor would I need?

For quality, I like Maxant.

There are cheaper ones, but I don't think you will find a better one.

I got a 4 frame stainless steel extractor (electric) from Amazon Prime for $329.00 and a 4 year warranty too.

How many hives do you plan on having in the next 5 years?
If it will be 10 or more, than I would recommend a 9/18 frame Mann Lake motorized extractor. That is what I got in my second year of Beekeeping and I am really glad I did.
