Title: Hello to every one here
Post by: Abdul on September 22, 2018, 12:42:32 PM
Hi, This is Abdul from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I  love baking sourdough bread and had baking classes with Jeffrey Hamelman at Vermont USA. I love honey, have it every day first in the morning with lemon and look for it every country I do travel to. I later found that Jeffrey Hamelman also love beekeeping. I thought seriously to start also beekeeping hobby beside my wood fired oven. I will get my bees soon. Please every one wish me best to succeed. I love to share my experience with you all in future. Wishing the best for all of you.

Welcome.  Glad to meet another sourdough bread maker!  Do you make your own starter?  Honey from your own bees will go well with that bread.
