Title: Hello! Eastern Ky

Hello everyone. I?m new to beekeeping but have been fascinated by it for years. I purchased my first package recently and have several free hives on the way (I have a kit in mind from dadant in case I don?t receive them in time). I?ve been reading a lot and asking a local mentor many many questions and am anxious for the bees coming to our backyard!

Welcome!  I used to live in Flatwoods. Billy Ray and I are the only two to escape as far as I know!  :-D

I live about 15 minutes or less from there! My father in law worked with him at a pizza place.

Well, that dates me a little bit.  He was a couple of years behind me in school.  We attended different schools though.  Not someone I knew as far as I remember.   :cheesy:
