Title: What will results be? Failed cutout

The cutout has 2 active frames w 30-50 bees maybe 100. With some brood
I added 2 frames of brood from second  box along with honey
I added one frame of honey and 2 of bees from third hive so 1-10 looks like
Cutout/ cutout / honey /honey/ brood/brood /bees and honey /bees and honey

The bees and honey were 200 bees approximately.
Any idea how this may work?
You can see there really isn?t any in and out flights but some circling maybe disoriented. Thanks.

Sounds like you have 6 frames of bees with only enough bees to cover 2 frames. If the 2 frames of brood are about to hatch out they have a chance. If there are 4 more frames of drawn comb in this hive, I would replace them with foundation  less frames. If you have a good flow on, they have an even better chance. If you have a dearth, I would reduce the entrance even further to the smallest opening.

Thanks Jim I know my math is off - I cracked the top today and have bees 1-10 - I also found a brood frame from cutout where babies were sprouting- I put them in there- Yes the end of summer flow is kicking

Looks like things are picking up. My only lament is I split during honey season and may miss some stores.

This hive is rocking- I may add a brood super and keep it as a nursery
