In order to harvest Royal Jelly, first you haft to graft queens. You then take the queen cells, remove the queen larvae and using a tool, basically a small spoon, scoop out the Royal Jelly. You freeze it to keep is fresh. It is commonly sold in small syringes. A few years back at the bee collage, they had a class on this subject and the instructor was selling Royal Jelly. $25 a syringe.
