Update on Hive 1 Spotted a unmarked queen that looked a lot bigger than queen Tulip and also found queen Tulip on the same frame. So Hive 1 has two queens now.
I combined Hive 3 with Hive 4 because Hive 3 had little stores and few bees and had almost 0 chance of surviving the winter. I just placed it on top of Hive 4 and will feed because Hive 3 was feeling a bit light too.
Hive 2 and Hive 1 are both super heavy and full of honey.
I need to buy ventilation boards and another entrance reducer. Everything looking good heading into the depths of fall.
