The left side bumper sticker said WHAT IF HILARY WAS POTUS? the right side bumper sticker said WHAT DIFFERENCE WOULD IT MAKE NOW?

I told 3-4 friends about the bumper stickers they did not see the humor until I explained then they remembered, so may I explain. After the Benghazi fiasco HRC said "What difference does it make now"?
