Title: Looking at getting into Beekeeping in NE Victoria
Post by: sammbo on April 26, 2020, 02:12:48 AM
Hi everyone,

My name is Sam. I'm looking at getting into beekeeping in North East Victoria. I've been given an empty flow hive by a mutual friend but other than reading up on the internet and watching video's, I'm a bit unsure how to get started.

I'm just looking at some feedback on time of year to get started for my area, and the best way for me to source a colony, hopefully locally. The largest city to myself is Albury/Wodonga about 1 hour away.

I appreciate any help.

Kind regards,

Sam

Hi Sammbo
I live in Kyabram Victoria and supply nucleus hives for sale in Spring.
Where do you live?
