I've not seen that one but I have used one called iNaturalist.
It works pretty well comparing your picture to others and if you're not sure you can post it for others to help figure it out.

Phillip,
I do not use this one.
I use PlantSnap. I?m not sure if it is better or worse but it works on most plant pictures.
