I got a beehive kit, and I'm working on myShould I glue the plastic cell into my frames, or just glue the ends? Thanks.

Assuming that you are talking about wood frames, no. I have put together about 3000 of them and I have never glued in the plasticell to the frames nor would want to. When they are covered by wax moth webs, I pull them out, pressure wash them clean and then dip them in wax. If they were glued, that would not bee possible.
When they are placed in the frames properly, they will not come out on their own, not even in an extractor.
