As many others find their bee veils riding up on the back of the neck, i found this approach works well.
I clipped a lanyard from a conference ID badge to the back of the veil. Then when I put it on, I wrap the front draw string around to the back, though the lanyard hanging down my back, and then wrap to the front where I tie it.
It pulls the veil down the back, beautifully.
