I've had those kind of bees.  I wish I was that colorful describing them.

MB Frankly you should write a book. Colorful isn't needed. Common sense and straightforward answers are whats needed for the newbie. I greatly appreciate your approach. I have learned so much from the way you write. Factually! Beginners need to be told what to do sometimes. These answers that offer no soloutions can be very unsettling to a rookie. Your answers actually answer the question. There are others on this site as well, but I would encourage you to write a book. Beekeeping will continue to grow in popularity IMO for the near future.

thanks for the link.  i posted it to my sister in england.  i had just sent her some pics of my bees at work.  maybe she can keep some in the council park!   :o
