Title: Thermal imaging is fun
Post by: Occam on April 28, 2023, 09:41:05 AM
I use thermal at work fairly frequently, it's pretty cool stuff. I grabbed my Flir camera, plugged it into my phone, and walked over to my hive the other day. I already knew from last year where the brood nest was but it was cool to see it this way. Hope y'all enjoy it as well

It's like James Bond retired and started keeping bees.

I would imagine so. I find it useful at work finding pipes in walls, leaks under slab floors, and many other things. It's not a magic bullet for diagnosing but it's certainly helpful.

I'm sure it can save a lot of unnecessary damage in many circumstances for cut outs

I hadn't thought of that but I can see it!
