Has anybody tried putting Mitecide in a propane fogger for varroa control?
Seems like it would save time and work of having to use manual method of breaking down the boxes and spraying.
I would think that the danger of YOU inhaling the miticide, and honey contamination would outweigh any potention benefits... I am thinking it would be quite dangerous to do what you are proposing.

I would guess that while in a vapour form the sucrocide would fail to adequately coat the bee and mite and would thus not be very affective. -That is speculation and has not been tested to my knowledge.
Also, I do not know if sucrocide maintains the properties that it needs to in vapour form to kill the mites, perhaps when heated it looses some of the required properties to ERADICATE THE DEVIL MITES.
The foggers are reasonable on ebay... Probably will get one and do some testing. If it doesn't work, still be able to use the fogger around the farm.

Here here. WNV was just found in my part of the county in an experimental chicken flock kept for testing.

Fog those little buggers, stock your ponds with frogs and fish and get rid of any standing water you can.
