what the ideal temp (inside hive) for bees to work faster?

Between brood frames temperature is 32C. When you have out temperture in Malaysia in shadow 30C and moist air, bees need to carry water into hive and keep it cool via water transpiration.

Even in Finland when give gets good yield from rape (canola) hive will be too hot even iff outer temperature is 22C.  It depends too how much bees have empty combs where they widden nectar to dry.
