Title: Sunflowers in the yard
Post by: austin on December 11, 2006, 06:45:16 PM
I planted sunflowers in October for the bees that me and my dad own so they could get plenty of pollen and necter and so they would have some food for the winter.  It was a success!

Our sunflowers in our garden were very popular with the bees too. Check out the photos. Hope you are planting them again next year, we are.

Sunflowers have got to be one of the most beautiful of all the large flowered plants.  Great pics organigrl37.  I should put some on that I had taken too, you would like them.  Maybe tomorrow.  I have busy day with cleaning up after home renovation.   Great day.  Cindi
