Title: Swarm Traps?
Post by: jdesq on February 13, 2007, 10:21:54 AM
I assume the best time to put swarm traps out would be in May, but what is the best way of making a swarm trap and what would be an ideal location?

Sure.  It's a virtual world.  How tall?  What should she wear?  I think the appreciation will only be virtual too...

Couldn't resist  :)

And just to keep this on topic... I plan to slap together a couple of swarm traps from scrap lumber before summer.  One for my backyard - in case I manage to do something stupid.  The other for a friend's farm.  They have a feral colony high in a semi-hollow maple tree.  Last year it threw a swarm that I managed to caputre.
