Title: Replacing bottom hive super
Post by: gkempf on April 10, 2007, 05:02:40 PM
Another question, one of my hives has a medium super on the bottom instead of a deep super and it needs to be replaced, starting to rot some, what is the best way to go about doing this?

On warm day just take frames out of old super and place in new. Shake excess bees into top or on landing board.

You can replace it with another medium!

Why replace it?

Mediums are better anyway.
