Title: Bees in the N Ga Blackberries

I am up in the mountains early to go to the Young Harris Beekeep Institute on Friday and Saturday.  I walked a trail today that I walk every time I'm up here because I like knowing where to find what's blooming and when to expect it.  I always look for bees - I usually see bumblebees, and tiny little bees that look like miniature honeybees (about 1/4 inch long) but I NEVER see honeybees.

Today in the height of the blackberry flow, I saw honeybees and they look just like my bees.  Here's the point on the trail where blackberries flood the hillside;
