Okay I am getting ready to lay out some dollars...going to buy some medium 8 frames, SBB's, frames, foundation ( small cell ) feeder buckets, and then pray it all works out ok...gonna buy HSC for the existing hive that I have, and help it to regress.  The I will try to keep on the one brood box as a deep, and subsequent brood and honey supers mediums...oh my...

Sounds great. You are ready to go.

I was under the impression that small cell foundation won't do anything, if you don't have small bees to put on it? Big bees may just retool the form to their size.

I guess I will find out...as I am hiving both new packages into SC/foundation with starter strip

Ok they will draw out the starter strips probably won't be small cell but they will be on there way.The comb they draw will have less chemicals in it than if you use full sheets.Fatbeeman sells small cell organic chemical free foundation.I just use starter strips the bees draw there own comb.I have 3 swarms including one from last week that are small bees.I use starter strips they do fine.I'm cutting one out this week has been in a bunch of drawers for seven years. When I extract I go take a bucket take out a fram cut the comb out let it fall into the bucket put frame back put lid on bucket go home leave box there.I tell my honey buyers clean honey clean wax.

I ended up buying 6 commercial mediums, 50 6 1/4 frames wedge top, 50 sheets crimped wire small cell, bucket feeders, swarm trap with lure, some extra SBB's.

Need to buy Gorilla Glue and a nailer/stapler...

Here goes my small cell journey...
