nuc transfer to top bar hive

Hi all-
Lack of funds being a reason, I am considering the possibility of transfering a 5 frame nuc to a kenyan style top bar hive. Since I'd be able to do the build it myself for what seems to be less than boxes, frames and foundation.   Anybody ever done this?  How? :-D

I would build "swarm ketching" frames to fit the KTBH and do a cut out.
