Got this swarm yesterday in Bishopville SC. The woman said it was about the size of two basketballs and I didn't believe her. It was awsome:

Way to go Scott!  Great pics!  I find it interesting to see the shapes swarms make in the trees.  Do they stay in a certain form or shift??  Jody

Jody they stay pretty much the same shape until you manipulate them. Here's one you might like seeing (I don't mean to sabotage your post Scott)

I got a call from a fellow in Spring Lake Mi (2 days ago, PM me if you want to see if its still there) that he had a swarm in his tree that was 5 ft tall and maybe 1 ft in diameter

It was a little too far from me so I didn't go for it, but it sure sounded intriguing, even it it was  only half the size of what he said.

Swarms are so fun!!(even when I'm gritting my teeth because they are my own  :-x)

I would go and get it but it is all the way across the state from me. Let me know if you find any swarms over this way that you dont want.
