Dead outs comb question

I had some early fall splits with ant problems and excessive rain. I could not keep them going just too much against them w/o a good fall flow. Some of the deep frames were drawn well ,had lots of brood.  I eventually  ,after noticing wax moth was trying to get started , just shook what few bees were left on ground as no queen was observed. The problem is what do I do with those drawn frames with old capped brood still left in them ? The wax moth was minor but put the wholes frames in freezer to make sure all were killed. The Framed are plastic foundations ,should I just destroy all the old foundations and replace or just try to salvage by scraping all old brood off? Thanks ,sorry for being so lengthy but tried to give as much info as possible.

I would store them (after freezing) until needed. The bees will clean out the old dead brood.
