Graining two new to me cows and one baby I have in my lot today when I walked by a blackberry bush beside the loading chute and thought dern them bees are tearing that up.  Looked up and found a football sized swarm in the briars.  Long story short the bees that flew off the swarm when they got "shook" into the brooder will they find the hive even though I moved it approx. 500 yards from where the swarm was found?
First swarm capture happened two summers ago with swarm catch and a brooder.

probably.  they will find some hive  :-)
