What is "boxes filled with frames and board"?
If honey, your setup is fine. If empty frames and/or wax, you have too much empty space.

I would put the bees in the bottom box and they'll work their way up. Also I would remove a couple of them on the top if their not full of honey above the queen excluder? I would add a box as needed as they fill the one below. Looks like your going to have a great hive though. Good Luck

Brood that you have is normally put on bottom.   But your main problem is there is too much open space in that hive for small hive beetle.  Take everything above the queen excluder off.   Give them the med and deep to grow in for now.

I would agree with Allen in the spring. In Oct., I would leave the brood an deep as is and remove the boxes above the excluder if they are empty.

The Guy bought the hive and they are full of Frames with Plastic cell foundation I did not want hives like that but
He has it all set up
I will remove all Boxes but Medium with Bees and One Large Box with Frames with Plastic cell inserts
and I'll move the Live box to the Number 1 Position (bottom)

Why have a queen excluder on, especially this time of year?
Whatever your do, don't leave any winter honey stores above the excluder.  The queen won't be able to get to it and the cluster won't move up there without her.  Hives have starved to death with plenty of honey up top and a queen excluder on.

And next spring when you put your honey supers back on, if your frames do not have drawn out comb, do not use the queen excluder.   Only use it after you have drawn comb in the frames.

OK all First things first Thanks for so much Help since I joined up

My Trap out Hive which is the one here
In the medium framed box I speak of there is no Foundation everything there was made by the bees
There is 1 Frame Drawn with Brood and a little Honey
5 Pretty much completely Drawn and filled with honey Parts capped I think there is one of these with
Brood also
One Frame has 3 little Loops of drawn comb I think there is Honey in them uncapped
and one frame Pretty much left Alone.

The Queen excluder was there in the Hive setups when I got there so I put in on to Keep her
From going up into the 4 empty box's and getting lost
This is a newbie Mistake I should have known not to Put the entire set of box's back together
and should have done what was said Live Box on the Bottom Board One Brood box on it and a Lid
I am going to try and get down there tomorrow and make this hive right
I also need to measure the big hive and I need to get enough
Frames for it
