Porch Wall Cutout August 12, 2011

Had to use my grinder with diamond blade to cut this porch stucco wall open. A good bit of bees, very gentle. Never saw the queen but believe she is in the set up.

That was some cool looking pics of the extra large surface area of brood comb. Silly questin to the cut out master but, Were you able to save the best part of all the brood ?

Most all the brood comb was saved and transferred. As you can see by the pics there was some stucco dust on the first comb section but most all that brood was capped. Everything behind the first was in pristine shape.
