Someone who does cut-outs in the S.W. Michigan area?

I've had several calls for someone to do cut-outs in the S.W. Michigan area this summer.  I do not do them but if anyone can refer me to someone who does please send me a private message.  Thanks.

Would you have them sign a contract?  What is the going rate range for doing a cut-out?
