After harvesting honey last Saturday, my aunt says that her honey looks cloudy. What causes that to happen?  And last year she had a problem with too much granulation. I've read that it's common to have some in raw honey but this was like slushy sugar.  And advice?  :?

cloudy could be bubbles, wax bits, etc.  depends on how much filtering you did.  as for granulation, that happens.  if she doesn't like it, she can warm it a bit in a pan of hot water NOT on the heat source.  tell her that creamed honey is the way most of the world eats it.  or, if she's that fussy, don't share  :-D
