Solar fence charger for bears

  Black bears have been spotted a mile of my place.  Thought that I would put up a solar fence.  I was told to get a charger 4000 volt and up.  Any good ideas out there where and what to get.

I have tried numerous fencers over the years,  and my personal favorite is Parmak.  Great quality and great service.   I would not own anything else.    Make sure you bait the fence.  Unbaited electric fence provides zero protection, the bears will walk right through it like nothing ever happened.
